Luang Prabang – maman les p’tits bateaux…

Je suis donc retourne a Luang Prabang pour assister a cette course annuelle, 30 bateaux, 40 rameurs environ par bateau…
I saw them before the race when they were putting the boats in the river…
So I went back to Luang Prabang to see the annual race, 30 boats, around 40 paddlers by boat…

4 hours from Luang Prabang by local bus, this small town was a really pleasant place… I stayed there at the Sunrise Bungalow…

I rented a small motobike and went to the waterfall… Under the rain…
Vientiane – Luang Prabang
Posted in Lao, Voyage on 08/13/2009 05:37 by t*i*ddIl pleuvait a Vientiane… Alors je suis alle directement a la gare routiere pour prendre un bus de nuit pour Luang Prabang… Ou je suis arrive a 4h du mat’, pour finir ma nuit sur un banc…
It was raining in Vientiane… So I went straight to the bus station to take a night bus to Luang Prabang… I arrived there at 4am, and finished my night on a bench…

3 hours to get it and to enter in Lao! For the same price I would have booked it in a tourrist center in Bangkok…
